We meet 3 times a month (the first 3 weeks of the month) for a total of 12 sessions, 45-60 minutes each. You will also be able to reach me via messaging between sessions.

Week 1: Get clear on your vision as a leader who communicates confidently.
Week 2-3: Address blockages to your mindset as a confident leader.
Week 4: Learn to effectively deal with your emotions and take the right kind of action steps.
Week 5-7: Learn tools and techniques to communicate effectively in a variety of situations. Learn to handle conflict and assertively ask for what you want. Get coaching on how to implement this specifically to your situation.
Week 8-9: Clarify dysfunctions or problems in your team and company culture and learn strategies to rectify them. Get coaching on how to implement this specifically to your situation.
Week 10-12: Build on the techniques discussed so you grow your competence and confidence as a confident communicator and leader.
